Urban Shaman Lihai Sherman is certified to teach Guigen Qigong by Dr. Suzanne Friedman of the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College of Berkeley. He’ll teach it to you for preventive health, fitness, calm mind, and spiritual fulfillment.
